Allergy Free Food Finds

Allergy free food finds are very exciting for those of us who are eating with food allergies! I am always thrilled when I find something new to try, especially if I come across it at the regular grocery store. Sometimes, I'm disappointed with the product, other times I love it but my kids won't touch it and other times we all love it!

When discussing "allergy free foods", it is important to note the following:

  1. No food is completely "allergy free" since one can be allergic to just about any food.
  2. "Allergy free" on this site usually means free of the top 8 food allergens (egg, dairy, soy, wheat, peanut, tree nut, fish and shellfish) (if a food listed here contains one of the top 8 allergens, it will be noted in the review).
  3. If you decide to try a product listed here, please be sure to read the label for yourself and contact the manufacturer about cross-contamination if necessary. Remember: products and formulations often change without notice.
