Kristi Winkels, RDN, LD, is a Twin Cities-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and completed her dietetic internship with Sodexo.
Kristi’s professional experience includes nutrition education with local WIC programs, health coaching, and clinical nutrition in acute and long term care centers.
Kristi’s professional interest in food allergies and intolerances is personal. She is a mom to two boys with multiple food allergies which is why she is passionate about helping other families eat well.
