Sorbet is a frozen dessert made with fresh fruit. This sweet treat is free of dairy, soy, egg, wheat/gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts.

  • 4 cups strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  1. Combine the strawberries and sugar in a medium sized mixing bowl. Set aside, covered, for about an hour, stirring occasionally.

  2. Puree the strawberry and sugar mixture and the lemon juice in a blender or food processor until it is smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
