Spritz cookies are a "buttery" cookie that can be made for any occasion. These are free of dairy, egg, soy, wheat/gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts.

  • 1 cup "safe" margarine such as Earth Balance
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ener-G Foods Egg Replacer + 2 tablespoons warm water whisked together
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-1/2 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Beat butter or margarine and sugar together until creamy. Add egg replacer and vanilla; mix until combined well. Mix flour and salt in separate bowl. Add to batter mixture and mix until combined.

  3. Put dough into cookie press and press onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 6-9 minutes until set but not brown. Remove cookies from baking sheets immediately.
