Soynut butter bites are a very simple snack that even your picky eaters are sure to love!
For kids, snacking is an important part of their diet. They have small stomachs and don't eat much at a meal. And kids with food allergies are more at risk for not getting adequate nutrition. That's especially true for kids with multiple food allergies.
This simple snack is just a little something I tried with my picky 3 year old. As simple as they are, he couldn't get enough of them! The soynut butter could easily be substituted for sunflower butter if you're avoiding soy. Either way, you're giving your little one some protein and healthy fat.
You can top these with a little chocolate chip or a little dab of the soybutter. You can also try different types of fruit. My son just happens to be a big fan of bananas!
Items we use for this snack:
Rice Crackers (we like Sesmark Rice Thins)
Any flavor soynut butter (we like Wowbutter)
