1 (16ounce)package of shredded cole slaw mix
3cupsdiced Granny Smith apple
1/3cup"safe" mayonnaise or "safe" plain yogurt
Combine shredded coleslaw mix, apple and raisins in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt/mayonnaise, honey, salt and pepper. Pour dressing mixture over coleslaw mixture and toss well to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
