Combine shredded coleslaw mix, chopped apple, and raisins in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt/mayonnaise, honey/sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing mixture over coleslaw mixture and toss well to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
