- About 1 lb of ground turkey
- 1 can of green beans
- 1 can of hominy (white or yellow)
- 1 can of carrots
- Chili Powder to taste
- Pepper to taste
Cook the ground turkey then add in everything and just cook until heated or done. Toward the end of cooking, add in chili powder and pepper to taste.
