This recipe for Pretzel Chicken was submitted by Linda Sue Adams of Surfside Beach, South Carolina.

She writes:

This is sooooo delicious.  My grand-daughter, Ryleigh, has many allergies. It is so hard to find things for her. One day we were fooling around in the kitchen and came up with this. Ryleigh calls it Grammy’s Pretzel Chicken. I make it whenever I visit and it has been a hit.

Thank you for sharing your recipe, Linda Sue!

Just top your cupcakes with a layer of green frosting, then top with a bit of coconut (tossed in a little green food coloring) or green frosting piped on top. Then place some jelly beans on top.
