Nutrition and Food Allergy Coaching

Food allergies can be so overwhelming! Nutrition and Food Allergy Coaching can help take the stress and worry out of living with food allergies one step at a time.  Whether you've just received a new diagnosis or have lived with food allergies for years, coaching can help you find solutions for the obstacles in your way.

Coaching is based on your individual needs and may include the following:

  • Diet evaluation and a plan to meet nutrition needs.
  • Meal planning for busy families.
  • Label reading to identify allergens that you are avoiding.
  • Tips for eating away from home.
  • Cooking and substitutions.
  • Managing special occasions involving food.

As a Registered Dietitian, I consider what each individual's nutrition needs are and how those needs can be met with a restricted diet.  I can provide guidance on how to meet your nutrition needs including finding substitutions for foods you're avoiding, altering recipes to meet your needs and providing meal plans.

As a mom to two boys with food allergies, I understand that surviving birthday parties, family gatherings, celebrating holidays, going to school, cooking with restrictions, traveling and eating out with food allergies are all everyday challenges.  Having lived through these challenges myself, I can provide guidance on how to get through them.

Coaching is done over the phone or via web conferencing making it convenient for you and your family.  Appointments are scheduled at times that are convenient for you.

Schedule your free 20 minute consult now.

This is a no obligation, complimentary session. It gives you a chance to get to know me and decide if I can provide the help that you need.

You could spend hours reading through message boards and blogs to find the answers you need to make life with food allergies easier, or you could get all of your questions answered during a coaching session.
