Coconut crystals (coconut sugar)

I recently learned that I'm allergic to several foods, one being cane sugar. In place of sugar I generally use organic agave but in some cases it doesn't work well so I found this alternative. It's sold at Henry's Marketplace and I would guess at other health food stores.
